Who remembers the song "Dynamite" from the 90's which was sang by a black female singer?

There was this song in the early 90's, if I am correct, and it was
called "Dynamite". Unfortunately I do not remember the lyrics, but I
do remember the melody. A black female singer sang it and I can even
remember her face, but not her name. It was a hit among the dance
music back in the days, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the
internet. Even the smallest hint might do the trick and put me on the
right path towards finding it. Thank you, everyone!

What is the song "Breathe" by Pink Floyd about? and what are its lyrics?

produced its music? how popular in England and which years and for how
long and why? how compared to the USA? and why?

What is this movie? Ghost girl? Well? Doll?

Two kids (boy and girl) help a little girl ghost who died by being
pushed down a well. I remember that she left a doll in the well that
they had to find, and there was a crystal ball that the girl used to
send the kids a message. The boy was pushed down the well at some
point and found the doll. I've been trying to figure out what this
movie is for years, any help is greatly appreciated.
