Who remembers the song "Dynamite" from the 90's which was sang by a black female singer?

There was this song in the early 90's, if I am correct, and it was
called "Dynamite". Unfortunately I do not remember the lyrics, but I
do remember the melody. A black female singer sang it and I can even
remember her face, but not her name. It was a hit among the dance
music back in the days, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the
internet. Even the smallest hint might do the trick and put me on the
